Four questions for Shiaosan Williams-Sheng
1. What's the hardest part of your job?
The most difficult part of my job really is the tasting. Taste is so personal, and to create a product that can be truly enjoyed by a wide range people is challenging. I am fortunate to be credited within TCHO to have a very aware palate, living up to that can be overwhelming.
2. What's the best part of your job?
Working with the Bean Team! With Brad Kintzer and John Kehoe's extensive industry experience there is so much knowledge floating around. I am constantly learning.
3. You've worked at a big chocolate company and you've worked at TCHO. What's the difference?
I am here for the whole process starting with the cacao samples and ending with wonderful tasting chocolate.
4. If a reader could step into your job for one day, what would surprise them the most?
The amount of physical activity I get working in this lab. I am usually in constant motion.
