6 tablespoons TCHO Drinking Chocolate
6 tablespoons boiling water
1/8 teaspoon ground guijillo pepper
1 ounce tequila
1 tablespoon fresh squeezed orange juice
1. Combine drinking chocolate with boiling water and guijillo pepper. Emulsify.
2. Pour tequila and orange juice into glass. Add drinking chocolate mixture.
3. Stir until completely blended.
