Zohara’s two deepest passions are chocolate and technology. At TCHO, she’s thrilled to blend both together.
Her infatuation with chocolate began as a young girl making French-style truffles. Zohara’s curiosity about cacao then took hold, leading her on journeys tramping through Mayan jungles and landing her in labs with chocolate technologists. She went cookoo for cocoa creations and began a chocolate confection company selling all sorts of seasonal flavors. She even led classes in Hawaii on pod-to-palate chocolates.
Technology and travel are also deeply embedded in Zohara’s being. She has navigated the world on UN projects, doing documentary video and web work through Europe, the Middle East, Brazil and Hong Kong. Touring with Jazz great Ornette Coleman took her all across Europe.
Zohara is a well-traveled, well-versed in technology, and full of cocoa—just like TCHO chocolate!
