Quality Assurance Manager
Monika’s greatest passion is bringing awareness to the tradition and respect of food. She graduated from SFSU with her BA in Environmental Studies and has been working, researching, and learning about plants and socially responsible food practices ever since. Her background is vividly green—gardening, researching for the Pachamama Alliance and Alaska Native People, and volunteering as docent at San Francisco Botanical Garden. When not busy bustling around nature or traveling back home to Czech Republic, Monika can be found whipping up goodies in the kitchen, including her favorite TCHO treat, Ba’bovka, a special Czech poundcake.
