We carefully package each order to ensure our exquisite chocolates arrive to you in perfect condition — no matter what.

Please note: Shipment times are based on business days. TCHO does not currently offer weekend shipments or weekend delivery.

What if it’s hot out?

For all states during summer months (April – September) and for certain warm weather states year-round (AZ, NM, TX, OK, AR, LA, MS, TN, AL, GA, FL, SC, NC), we take special precautions to ensure your chocolate is well-protected. Orders only ship Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday and are packaged with cold packs a-plenty to arrive in impeccable condition.

When do you ship?

Summer Months and Year-Round to Warm Weather States
During summer months (April – September) and for certain warm weather states year-round (AZ, NM, TX, OK, AR, LA, MS, TN, AL, GA, FL, SC, NC):

• Standard Shipping: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday
• 2-Day Shipping: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday
• Next Day: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday

Winter Months
During winter months (October – March), all orders not going to a warm weather state ship Monday —  Friday.

When should I order?

Before noon! Orders placed before noon Pacific Time ship from our warehouse within the same business day.  Orders placed after noon Pacific Time ship next business day.

Where do you ship?

TCHO ships to the 48 contiguous states.
TCHO does not currently ship to PO Boxes, APO’s or FPO’s, to Alaska or Hawaii, or internationally.

How do you ship? / What are my shipping options?

We offer Standard Shipping, 2nd Day Delivery, and Next Day Delivery.

All delivery times are based on business days (Monday — Friday). We do not offer Saturday delivery at this time.

Please note: Shipping options refer to time after your package has left the TCHO warehouse. TCHO has a noon Pacific Time same-day shipment cut-off. For example, if you select “Next Day” delivery and order is received before noon Pacific Time, your order will arrive the next business day. If you select “Next Day” delivery and order is received after noon PST, your order will be shipped next business day and arrive the day following (2 business days after order was placed).

Free Shipping

Free shipping over $75 of merchandise is only applicable to the Standard Shipping option. Free shipping does not apply to multiple addresses unless the merchandise total to each separate address is over $75.

FedEx Ground Transit Times from TCHO are the number of business days. TCHO does not currently offer weekend shipments or weekend delivery.
